Brian Cramer joins Mark-It Express with nearly 20 years of experience in transportation, logistics, and manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for developing teams, building customer relationships, and helping organizations grow through thoughtful planning and execution.
Before joining Mark-It Express, Brian spent nearly 15 years in his previous role, where he held several leadership positions, including Terminal Manager and Planning & Capacity Manager. During his time there, he helped support significant company growth, contributing to the expansion of the fleet from 30 trucks to more than 140 while leading teams, managing customer partnerships, and helping improve overall performance.
Brian began his career with Peddinghaus Corporation, where he gained experience in sales, customer service, and product management. These early roles helped shape his collaborative approach and commitment to delivering value for both customers and colleagues.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, graduating cum laude. He brings strengths in leadership, problem-solving, strategic planning, and team development.
As the Strategic Operations Manager at Mark-It Express, Brian will help identify opportunities to strengthen processes, support growth, and enhance the experience we provide to our customers and partners.
